CHECK USER PROFILE IMPORT STATUS

This post details the steps required to check User Profile Import Status in SharePoint SSP Admin. 

Requires: Permissions in SSP Admin to manage user profiles:

Login to SSP Admin page

E.G. - http://ssp.domain.com/ssp/admin/_layouts/ProfMain.aspx

From the User Profiles and Properties page you can view User Profile Import Status

·         If the User Profile Import is running –

·         Note the option to Stop the import
